Jana Jorgensen Roberts, 57, passed away May 15, 2012  at her home in Redmond after a fighting a valiant battle with brain cancer.  She was born July 28, 1954 in Gunnison, Utah to Luella Munk and Tex Jorgensen.
She married Sherman Cornell Miller, they later divorced.
She married Steve W. Roberts, October 8, 1988 in Las Vegas, NV.
She worked as a waitress at the Safari in Salina for many years.  She was the Vital Records Registrar for the Central Utah District Health Department and later was a payroll and office manager for SUFCO.
She loved her family and enjoyed the time with them camping and fishing.  It is rumored that she graduated from high school twice, once for her and once for her brother.  She was excellent at softball and was the “House Kickball” champ.  She loved her garden and watching her efforts grow and bloom.
Her survivors include her husband, Steve W. Roberts of Redmond; children, Alexis Miller (Casey Kimball) and Blake Roberts, both of Salina; step-children, Jim (Vicky) Roberts of Billings, MT, Stephanie Roberts of Spokane, WA; grandchildren, Nick and Colton Roberts of Gunnison; mother, Luella Jorgensen of Redmond; siblings, Paula (Paul) Jensen of Redmond, Diane Jensen of West Valley City, Dennis (Randi) Jorgensen of Salina.
She is preceded in death by her father, Tex Jorgensen and brother, Blake Jorgensen.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Redmond 2nd LDS Ward Chapel.  Friends may call at the ward chapel in Redmond on Friday evening from 6 to 8 and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.  Burial will be in the Redmond Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
