    Jacqueline “Jacky” Nunez, age 16, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023. She was born October 28, 2006 in Provo to Rene and Irma Nunez-Millan.
    Jacky was a sophomore at Piute High School who loved to play sports. She was an athlete, participated in volleyball, basketball, softball, cross country running, track and field. She was a ray of sunshine in everyone’s life. She would love to be remembered as a light-hearted, funny, caring, kind, smart, brave, strong young lady. 
    She is survived by her loving family members — her parents; sisters: Mayuni and Rosa; brother, Jonathan; and niece Camila. 
    Funeral mass will be held on Monday January 16, 2023 at 12:00 Noon in the Christ the King Catholic Church, 690 Cove Dr, Cedar City, UT 84720. An all-night vigil will take place on  Sunday January 15, 2023 beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Circleville Community Center 210 S Center St, Circleville UT, 84723.
