Jack C. Brown, 90, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in Las Vegas. He was born September 25, 1922 in Butte, Montana to Clifford and Florence Curtis Brown.
He served in the 11 th Airborne Division in World War II. He was a decorated war veteran and hero to his family and loved ones.
He was active in the LDS Church and served in many leadership capacities. He was a fisherman and hunter. He was married to his life-long sweetheart, Patricia Bell, of 65 years. He was a loving and "loved" father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Dad had a great sense of humor. He had a talent for wood crafting and masonry, leaving his mark on beautiful fireplaces.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children: Debbie (Ron), Wendy, Todd (Joni) and Mitch (LeNora); his grandchildren: Jason, Devin (Lindsey), Jeff (Janica), Jordan (Kari), Lauren (Andy), Josh, Jaden, Treston, Brandon, Andrew (Lindsey), Josh and Kaiti; and great-grandchild Izaya.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the LDS Chapel at Pecos and Osage. Burial will be Monday, October 29, at 11:00 a.m. in the Monroe Utah Cemetery with military rites by the Monroe American Legion Post #37 and Utah Honor Guard. Utah
