Hillary Alexandra Hansen, our beloved daughter and sister, returned to live with her Heavenly Father on June 12, 2012. Born on October 24, 1999 in Cottonwood, Utah to Curtis and Michelle Hansen and living every day of her short mortal life to the fullest.
Alex loved life and greeted each day with a list of things she wanted to accomplish. Each day brought the promise of a new challenge that she would embrace and strive to conquer. She loved school and was absolutely heart broken whenever sickness would not allow her to attend. Alex was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and worked diligently to earn her "Faith in God" award before her 12th birthday. Alex had a passion for her chickens, baking cookies, gardening, genealogy, secret hidden waterfalls and sunsets. She absolutely adored her sisters and loved to ride bikes, ice skate, snowshoe, and engage in imaginary play with them.
She is survived by her parents, Curtis and Michelle Hansen of Milford, NH; her three sisters, Jenna Hansen, Aspyn Hansen, and Kendelle Hansen all of Milford, NH; her Grandparents Kirk and Suzan Hill of West Valley City, UT and Richard and Marie Hansen of St. George, UT; as well as 25 Aunts/Uncles and 45 first cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel in Richfield, UT. Friends may call at the Mortuary on Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery. A memorial will be held in New Hampshire at a later date. Funeral directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
