Helen Adelia Poulson Haycock, 64, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at her home in Taylorsville, after a courageous battle with liver cancer. Helen was born July 18, 1948 in Richfield to Devon and Elsie Adelia Hooper Poulson. She married Woodrow Haycock in 1967 in the St. George Temple, they were happily married for 45 years.

Helen grew up in Richfield and graduated from Richfield High School in 1966. She attended the College of Southern Utah in Cedar City. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served faithfully in numerous callings with the Taylorsville 10 th Ward and Taylorsville Central Stake. She was also active with the Boy Scouts of America, where she earned her Silver Beaver Award. She enjoyed quilting, stamping/card making, and many crafts. Helen was employed with Questar Gas.

She is survived by her husband, Woodrow; children, Shawn (Patrice), Mitch (Judi), Trevor (Natacia), and Mandee (Eric). Helen is a proud grandmother of five grandchildren. She is also survived by her parents; five brothers and their spouses.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 12:00 Noon in the Taylorsville 10 th LDS Ward Chapel, 4950 South 1950 West, where friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will take place the following Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Escalante Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
