He was born on September 11, 1949 in Richfield, UT to Glen Theurer and Mildred Elizabeth Belisle Warner.

Glen grew up in Phoenix, AZ and enjoyed carefree summers with friends and family in Glenwood, Utah. He married his high school sweetheart Pat Dibble on June 18, 1971 in the Mesa Arizona Temple. He was always quick with a compliment and to serve others.
