     Glade Darrel Shulsen our loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend passed away peacefully in his home July 3, 2024. Glade was born June 27, 1944 in Murray, to Darrel O. and Frances Fillmore Shulsen. He was raised in Crescent, Utah and later met his sweetheart Meta Warenski in Salt Lake City, through mutual friends and soon married and started their family.  
     Glade’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with family especially his kids and grandchildren. He loved horseback riding, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, fishing and just being outdoors. Glade was an automotive electrician for 40 years and ran Glade’s Generator Service.  
     Glade is survived by children: Lisa Shulsen, Taylorsville; Roger (Joleen) Shulsen, Bend, OR; Travis (Melanie) Shulsen, Central; and Eric Shulsen, Monroe; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, SueAnn Washburn; and several nieces and nephews.  
     He is preceded in death by wife Meta; parents Darrel and Frances Shulsen; infant brother, Ernest Shulsen; infant sister, Frances Shulsen; sister, Kathy Stockings; and half brother, Lamar Davis. 
     The family would like to extend a special thank you to everyone for all of your kind thoughts, prayers and support during this difficult time. Also, a thank you to Intermountain Hospice for their loving care of our father.  
     Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 12:00 Noon in the Joseph Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the Monroe 1st Ward Chapel from 10:30 - 11:30 am prior to the graveside services. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
