Freeda Schow Moosman, 89, of Annabella, passed away August 1, 2014 at her daughter’s home in Elsinore. She was born January 6, 1925 in Escalante to Joseph Ira and Lethia Porter Schow. She married Ferrel Lester Moosman, June 15, 1941 in Las Vegas, NV. He preceded her in death July 25, 2003.
She was an avid outdoors woman, loving to go with Ferrel hunting, fishing and boating. She worked 15 years as a seamstress for Pacific Trails, in Monroe, Richfield and Manti.
She was an active member of the LDS Church, teaching primary, young women’s and Sunday school. She sang in the ward choir and taught lessons in Relief Society on quilting and crocheting.
Freeda is survived by daughters, Rene’e (Errolyn, deceased) Larsen of Murray, Deon (Russell G.) Winn of Annabella and Joy (Mike) Roberts of Elsinore; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Alda Cardon, Glain Schow, Wellings Schow, Burnard Schow.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Annabella 2 nd LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30. Burial will be in the Annabella Cemetery
