Frankie Wayne Hall, Jr. 34, passed away Wednesday, January 25th at Cedar City Hospital. He was born in Long Beach, CA. on March 9th, 1982 to Regina Barney and Frankie Wayne Hall, Sr.

Frank lived in Panguitch, UT. until the age of 2, then his family moved to Fredonia, AZ. where Frank went to school and grew up. When Frank was about 16 when his family moved back to Panguitch then after he received his driver's license He and his mom, Regina then moved to Laverkin, UT. to work and be closer to Randy, Frank's only sister whom he loved very much. Frank was working for Zitting Construction and Steel Structure at this time. Then he eventually made it back to Panguitch where he spent the rest of his adult life.

Frank was an avid fisherman and hunter that is just simply what he loved to do!! He also enjoyed being in the mountains doing other things like scarfing, and going on picnics. Frank also liked having and taking care of all of his different animals especially his pig, Pork, whom he fed butterscotch discs and chico sticks to. He also enjoyed gardening, four wheeler rides, and loud music, but most of all Frank enjoyed teasing people, and making people smile.

His mom, Regina and sister, Randy meant the world to Frank and he always made sure they were happy. Frank was the most kind hearted and giving person to all he knew. Frank will be greatly missed by many.

Frank is survived by his mother Regina Barney, his Grandmother LaRaine Sorenson Ford, his Brothers Patrick Wayne Hall, and Ricky Hall, 1 niece and three nephews.

Frank is preceded in death by his father Frankie Wayne Hall, Sr., his sister Randy Marie Hall, his Grandmother Olivia Lee Madden, his Grandfather's Van E Barney, and Frankie Wayne Hall, his uncle Randy Willard Barney, his aunt Loretta Barney Bell, and cousin Jacob Barney.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in the Panguitch 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 200 North 400 East in Panguitch. Friends and family are invited to gather at the church for a viewing from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the services. Burial will be in the Panguitch Cemetery.
