Frances "Pancha" Martinez Reynolds, 74, passed away January 9, 2016 in Murray, Utah. She was born October 4, 1941 in Ranchos de Taos, NM, to Selso and Cordelia Hartt Martinez. She married Jimmy Lucero, later divorced. They had two sons: Anthony and Edwin. She married Leonard Reynolds and with him came two children: Cindy Welsh and Mike (Stephanie) Reynolds. Together they had 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Frances loved to entertain. She was feisty and opinionated, but loved by everybody she met. Frances was very energetic and had a love for life. She loved her gardening and taking care of her plants, flowers and yard. She loved her husband, family and friends. She was an active member of the St. Elizabeths Catholic Church in Richfield.
She is also survived by brothers and sisters: Amalia Valerio, Eloy (Rose) Martinez, both of Ranchos de Taos; Connie Anaya; Dolly (Fred) Peralta, Gloria (Ted) Martinez, all of Taos; Johnny (Juanita) Martinez, Ranchos de Taos.
Preceded in death by parents; sons-in-law, Jim Welsh; sisters: Isabel McGuire, Francella McGinnis; brothers: Alex, Selso and Eloy Sr.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 12:00 Noon in the St. Elizabeths Catholic Church. Interment will be in the Hartt Family Cemetery in Ranchos de Taos.
