Frances Marian Holmes Harr, 78, formerly of Manti, UT, passed away on November 4, 2019 in Provo, UT. Frances was born on December 12, 1940 in Springhill Louisiana to David Robert and Mary Elizabeth Gurley Holmes.

Frances married Vernon Harr on May 27, 1959 in Pacoima, California, later sealed in the Los Angeles California Temple.

She is survived by her husband, Vernon; children, David (Tamara) Harr, Taylorsville, UT; Dennis (Maria) Harr, North Salt Lake, UT; Keven (Shawna) Harr, Eagle Mountain, UT; Donny (Jenny) Harr, Atlanta, GA; Michelle (Isileli) Tukuafu, Spanish Fork, UT. Frances is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and siblings, Robert (Flo) Holmes, Albuquerque, NM; Carolyn (Hershel) Nelson, Mindon, LA; Ruth (Jerry) Koger, Denver, CO.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 12:00 Noon in the Manti Tabernacle. Friends may call prior to services from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Manti City Cemetery.
