Ethel Lee Cook Wheeler, 81, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020 at her home in Richfield. Born in Milford, Utah on April 17, 1939 to Walter D and Zoe Rollins Cook. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Ethel graduated from Westminster College in nursing. She was a registered nurse at St. Marks Hospital for 25 years. She married James Loy Wheeler on December 9, 1957 in Milford. She enjoyed dancing with her husband at the Old Time Fiddlers. She traveled the US with Jim in the Retreads Motorcycle Club and enjoyed the rides they went on with the Richfield Jamboree ATV Club. Jim preceded her in death November 5, 2019.
She is survived by her children: Monte Ray Wheeler, Adele Bailey; son-in-law, Kent Sherman; grandchildren: Amber Davey, Travis Bailey, Tyson Bailey, Nick Wheeler and Melissa Gorney; great-grandchildren: Alexia, Cassie, Lexus, Ashlynn, and Kalibur; siblings: Doug Cook, Judy Hardy, Scott Cook and Linda Merryweather; brother-in-law, Clyde Alley.
Also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sandi Sherman; sister, Alice Alley.
The family expresses their sincere appreciation to Intermountain Hospice for their loving care of Ethel.
