Ethel Allen Seegmiller, 100, of Marysvale, passed away March 31, 2018 in Richfield, Utah. She as born December 19, 1917 in Paradise, Utah to Alger Franklin and Rhoda James Allen. She married Pratt D. Seegmiller on January 29, 1935. He preceded her in death on August 31, 1996.

Mom spent many years with Pratt working at the Big Rock Canyon Mountain which they established in Marysvale Canyon. Later they moved into Marysvale town and worked a ranch south of town and were the owners of the VCA uranium mines.

Ethel is survived by her sons: Ilon Midav, Marysvale; Ben (Sandy) Seegmiller, Salt Lake City; Cloys Seegmiller, Marysvale; Gary (Renae) Seegmiller, Aurora; Jon (Julie) Seegmiller, Springville. She has 9 grandchildren and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son, Starr Seegmiller; her parents; and all of Ethel's siblings.

At Mother’s request, there will be a graveside service Friday, April 6, 2018 at 12:00 Noon in the Marysvale Cemetery.
