Ethel Alberta Anderson Keisel, 89, passed away on February 16, 2016 in Richfield, UT. Alberta was born on February 13, 1927 in Price, UT to Ephraim Hyrum and Elvira M Larsen Anderson.

Alberta married Kenneth LaMar Keisel Jr. on March 15, 1946 in Provo, UT. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple on June 10, 1964. Kenneth preceded her in death on January 18, 2007. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many callings. She and Kenneth served missions in both the Manti Temple and the Manti Cannery.

Alberta was a well rounded individual who loved doing most everything. She was a seamstress, baker and school lunch cook. She loved sewing for her family and especially loved it when her family came to spend time with her.

She is survived by her children: Jimmy LaMar (Connie) Keisel, Axtell; Gary Lynn (Freida) Keisel, Central; Kathryn Ann Morrill, Fairview; Nancy Kay (DJ) Vance, Paragonah; Ricky Kent Keisel, Manti; Michael Ray (Rose) Keisel, Manti. She is also survived by a sister, Beth Christiansen, Gunnison; 72 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Alberta is preceded in death by her husband; son, Davy Rand Keisel; grandchildren: Matthew Keisel and Jenny Devy; brother, Rod Fossell.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m in the Manti 6 th Ward Chapel, 300 South Main (Red Church) where friends may call Sunday, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Manti City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
