Erma Beryl Jensen King, 88, passed away April 8, 2014 in Richfield. She was born August 5, 1925 in Monroe to Herman and Madge Naomi Forbush Jensen. She married Frank W. King, November of 1944, they later divorced.

Erma was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was also active in the B.P.W. and Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She worked diligently to support her family and help them realize their dreams. She retired from the BLM after 30 years.

Erma’s entire life was spent in Sevier County where she made many friends and was a beloved neighbor. Her door was always open to anyone. At the time of her passing she was surrounded by her loving family and employees of the Richfield Care Center, where she had been one of the longest living residents.

She is survived by her children: Ronald (Kathy) King, Sparks, NV; Judy Winn, Richfield; daughter-in-law, Elaine King, Glenwood; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; son, Perry King; brother, Calvin Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel where friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30.
