Elizabeth "Lisa" Demick Pendleton, 89, passed away peacefully at home on December 9, 2018. Lisa was born in Salmon, Idaho, the daughter of Vasil and Anna Kromer Demick on October 8, 1929, the 10th of 13 children.
She married Donald LaFoy Pendleton in Elko, Nevada on September 2, 1961. They have spent 57 happy years together raising two wonderful children, Mike and Peggy.
She is preceded in death by her son, Mike "Spike"; 3 brothers: George, Steve and Joe; 5 sisters: Rose, Mary, Sophie, Ann and Helen. She is survived by her husband, Don; daughter, Peggy; daughter-in-law, Kathy; grandchildren: Chris and Whitney; brother: William; sisters: Eve, Donna, Barbara.
Lisa was a compassionate, fun-loving person who treated everyone like family. She was well known for her sourdough pancake and Kobasica (a Croation sausage) breakfasts. Her energy was boundless, whether she was working, golfing, or cheering on her beloved Utah Jazz.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 12:00 Noon in the Richfield City Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at the Magleby Mortuary on Friday from 10:30 to 11:30. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
