Eldon Kenneth Tuttle, 68, of Manti, passed away on October 17, 2015 in Provo, UT. Eldon was born on February 28, 1947 in Manti, UT to Kenneth and Lois Penrod Tuttle.

Eldon was raised in Manti where he grew to love the outdoors. He spent his time camping, hunting, shooting and enjoying nature. He graduated from Manti High School and attended Snow College and BYU. He served in the Air Force during Vietnam and continued to serve his community as a member of the Manti American Legion Post #31. Eldon married Sheryl Lynn Olsen in Las Vegas, NV in 2004, their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple in 2006.

He is survived by his wife, Sheryl; children: Kristin Tuttle, of Houston, TX; and Kenneth Tuttle, of Las Vegas, NV; stepchildren: Reynie (Kim) Sandoval, of Provo, UT; Steven J (Jennifer) Cloward, of Springville, UT; and Jamie (Jence) Abplanalp, of West Point, UT. He is also survived by his brothers; Bill (LuAnn) Tuttle, of Manti and Robert (Charlie) Tuttle, of Enoch, UT and 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great-grandson. He is preceded in death by his parents, and a stepson, Jason Lee Cloward.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Manti 1 st Ward Chapel (Tabernacle). Friends may call on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the chapel from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and also prior to services from 9:00-10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery.
