Edla Jean Keller

Edla Jean Anderson Conner Keller, 86, passed away March 19, 2013 in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. She was born September 19, 1926 in Salina to Alma A and Venice Foote Anderson. She married W. Keith Conner. Later divorced. Married Halbert Jesse Keller July 3, 1963 in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death 1992.

Jean is a 1944graduate of BYU High School in Provo. She was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many positions during her life time including a mission to the family history center in Salt Lake City, and a temple worker. Jean was blessed to have a large loving family that would always rally around each other.

Jean is survived by her children: Leslie Madsen, Mt. Pleasant; W. Kim Conner, Boise, ID; Kevin (Susan) Keller, St. George; Klint (Jeanna) Keller, Cedar City; Jean is also survived by her numerous grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Ronda Conner, Idaho Falls, ID; step-children: Lauren (Kevin) Hunt, Stansbury Park; Brett Keller, Salt Lake City; Robin (Michael) Lami, Sandy; sister: Dawn (Scott) Orrock, Springville and their 11 children.

Also preceded in death by: parents; son, Kyle Conner; Hal’s son, Rick Keller and a grandson, Matt Madsen.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Manti 3 rd Ward Chapel, 555 East Union St. Friends may call prior to services at the church on Saturday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Manti City Cemetery.
