Donovan Blaine Lindgren

Donovan Blaine "Don" Lindgren, 93, passed away August 28, 2018 in Richfield.  He was born June 17, 1925 in Oberon, North Dakota to Gilbert Oliver and Sofie Fox Lindgren.  He married Clair Stamm, they later divorced.  He married Mary Dell Gleave May 29, 1958 in the Manti Utah Temple.  He is the father of  Blaine (Linny) Lindgren of Malo, Washington, Sabra (Allison) Lindgren of Missoula, Montana,  Lani (Ken) Baker of Richfield, Ben (Karin) Lindgren of Monroe, Sam Lindgren of Annabella, Lecia (David) Coe of Monroe, Ole (Kenda) Lindgren of Antimony.  Numerous Grand and Great-grandchildren; siblings:  Carleton (Mary) Lindgren of Portland, OR, Pat (Fran) Lindgren of Kansas City, KS

He was a veteran of the US Navy, an educator and an extraordinary painter.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Annabella 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call to visit with the family at the ward chapel from 9:00 to 10:30 prior to services.  Interment will take place in the Annabella Cemetery with military honors by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard.
