Donald Thomas Hoggan, 78, of Vista, California, passed away October 1, 2014 at his home in Vista. He was born March 12, 1936 in Salina, Utah to Laurence Donald and Iola Caroline Jensen Hoggan. He married Jo Anne Blanche Cox, June 7, 1957 in the Manti Temple.
He is survived by his wife; daughters: Linda Jo (Chris) Voigtlander, Cynthia (Neal) Brown, Rachelle (Lon) Combs, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter; sister, Valaine Chapman.
Preceded in death by parents: an infant child.
