Delles Rae Cowley Ogden, 86, of Richfield, passed away April 2, 2018, in Monroe, just 16 days after the love of her life, Glen W Ogden. Delles was born March 29, 1932, in Richfield to Israel Abner and Ann Hawkes Cowley.　She married Glen W Ogden, January 1, 1951, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti Utah Temple on February 3, 1959. He preceded her in death March 16, 2018.

Delles was an active member of the LDS Church serving in many different capacities, including Relief Society president, Primary president, Young Women’s organization, Stake YWMIA presidency, and temple ordinance worker in the Manti Utah Temple. She and her husband served together as full-time missionaries in the Orlando Florida Temple Mission. One of her greatest joys was visiting temples all over the United States while traveling with her husband.

Delles was a long-time member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and loved serving in that organization. She also enjoyed sewing, cooking, singing, performing compassionate service and, most of all, being a mother to her four children. She was a homemaker and taught her children the value of love, family, and family traditions.

She is survived by her children: Linda (Robert) Deuel, Glenwood; Gloria (Randy) Jackman, Glenwood; Elaine (Bobby) Seim, West Jordan; and Blain (Cathie) Ogden, Elk Ridge; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; siblings: Shirley Bastian, Sigurd.

She is also preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Thora (Joseph) Buchanan, Conrad (Rulla) Cowley, Curtis (Sharlene) Cowley; brother-in-law: Garn Bastian.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. in the Richfield LDS 4th Ward Chapel, 159 North 400 West, Richfield. Friends may call for viewing at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. or at the ward chapel on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
