    Debra Jill Stevens Rowley, 65, died of natural causes, surrounded by her children on December 18, 2023 in Ogden. She was born August 17, 1958 in Las Vegas, NV to Carlos Grant Stevens and Betty Jean Conger. Jill married Burt Rowley on June 1, 1996 in Manti. He preceded her in death on March 19, 2021.
    Jill was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. After her beloved husband Burt died, Jill’s health steadily declined. She moved to Ogden to be closer to her children.  She will be missed.
    Jill is survived by her children: Angela Ramirez, Jesse Stevens, Michael Stevens and Jennifer Ramirez, all of Ogden; 9 grandchildren; siblings: Mark (Linda) Stevens, Huntington; Jeff (Janet) Stevens, Salt Lake City; Gary Ainsworth, Richard Ainsworth, both of Las Vegas.
    Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Terry Ainsworth and Leslie Stevens.
