David Glen Magleby, 57, of Riverside, California passed away February 8, 2018 in Riverside, California. He was born March 2, 1960 in California to E. Merrill and Hazel Dawn Macfarlane Magleby. He married Debra Rhinehart, later divorced.

David worked construction. He had a great work ethic and wasn’t afraid of hard work. Known for his great sense of humor, he was fun to be around. He was helpful and had a giving and generous nature. And, if you needed something, he probably had it and would willingly give it to you. He loved his family and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children: Sabrina Calderon, Katrina (Richard) Hernandez, Merrill "David" Magleby; 5 grandchildren; brothers: Paul (Cathy) Magleby, John (Mya) Magleby.

Preceded in death by parents; nephew, Mark Magleby.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in La Sierra Heights LDS Ward Chapel, 5840 Mitchell Ave, Riverside, CA. A viewing will be held on Thursday at the ward chapel in Riverside, CA. from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. and on Saturday at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield, 50 S 100 W, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Burial will be on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Monroe Utah Cemetery.
