Cory Afton Snedeger, 44, passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2014 in Provo. He was born July 24, 1970, in Richfield to Grover Mark and Vonda Barney Snedeger. He married Amber K. Gentry, February 18, 1995 in Richfield. Later divorced.

Cory was born with a love of music and an unmatched talent. He excelled at any instrument he picked up, but his best instrument was his voice. He played in numerous bands over the years, most recently Thin Ice and Jailbreak . He also had an amazing ability to write and create music.

The only thing Cory loved more than his music was his two beautiful daughters: Jasmine and Celes. He made friends everywhere he went. He always had a smile on his face and left behind a ton of memories. He had a huge heart and created an amazing adopted family, along with his immediate family. He will truly be missed.

Cory is survived by his daughters: Jasmine Ambrosia Snedeger, Celes Rachele Snedeger; father, Mark (Anna) Snedeger; siblings: Russell Scott Snedeger, and Karen Snedeger (Brian) Edwards.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Vonda; brother, Jeffrey Mark Snedeger; nephew, Steven Mark Lee; and his grandparents.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 12:00 Noon in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, where friends may call Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
