Clara Anderson Jensen, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, teacher and friend peacefully passed away on August 27, 2020, at her home in Richfield. She was born December 6, 1924 in Emery, Utah to George Edward and Georgina Swensen Anderson. She married Delbert Scott Jensen, June 9, 1950 in the Manti Temple. He preceded her in death, September 8, 1989.

She blessed her family for 95 years with her nurturing care, steadfast faith in Christ, and constant positive example. She remembered her entire posterity on their birthday each year with a hand drawn card and loving message. She loved being a teacher. She was constantly teaching her children. She taught home economics in high school, Gospel Doctrine, Primary classes, Cub Scouts and many years a pre-school teacher.

Clara loved serving. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with her husband in New York and later by herself in California. She also served as a temple worker in the Manti Temple for many years.

Clara is survived by her children: Scott (Patricia) Jensen, Evon (Michael) Fielden, Dale (Barbara) Jensen, Denise (Cory) Adams, Mark (Nancy) Jensen; daughter-in-law, Angie Jensen; 30 grandchildren and 93 great-grandchildren.

Also preceded in death by her parents; son, David Jensen; daughter-in-law, Norma C. Jensen; grandson, Jeremy Paul; siblings: Mabel Mortensen, Paul Anderson and Ora Miller.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel where friends may call from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
