Cindy Kay Ward Wilcock, 62, passed away March 5, 2022 at her home in Richfield. She was born September 1, 1959 in Ogden, Utah to Paul Sherman Ward and Rayola Hill.
Cindy was an amazing mother, granny, sister, aunt and friend. She loved her cats and always tried to find homes for any strays she found. She loved to read and write—she has many stories ready to be published. Cindy enjoyed family get-togethers, a picnic in the park, back yard BBQ’s and family reunions. As a family it bring us comfort knowing she is out of pain and now in heaven hugging her precious daughter, Rachel.
Cindy was the janitorial manager at SUFCo Coal Mine until complications from cancer forced her to stop working. She enjoyed those she worked with. She has many friends and loved ones who will miss her.
Survived by her children: Lex Wilcock, Richfield; Michael Wilcock, Richfield; Jessyka Ostler, Austin; former daughter-in-law, Amanda Wilcock; grandchildren: Kristian, Alexander, Benjamin, Gabe, Nora and Abel; mother, Rayola; siblings: Carol Barney, Richfield; Loren (Loraine) Giles, NV; Terry Gyett, OK; Jeanne Kahler, Elsinore; Judith (Dennis) Lauenstein, Provo; Elmer (Lissa) Giles, Glenwood; Cathy (Dennis) Mattaliano, TN; nieces and nephews: Dr. Rocky Barney, April Huntsman, Chandra (Brandon) Horne, Christopher Barney, Keisha Allen, Noelle Langston, Danielle Giles, Asia Giles, Kasha Guild, Bryan Meacham.
Preceded in death by her daughter, Rachel Shire; father and step-mother, Paul and Mary Ward.
