Charles Harry “Chuck” Pollock, 63, passed away April 5, 2015 in Richfield, surrounded by family.  He was born June 18, 1951 in Richfield to Glynn J. and Peggy Ann Howard Pollock.  He married the love of his life, Connie Lamprecht, on June 1, 1973, Richfield, Utah.
Chuck was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors. He was a great dutch oven cook and had a passion for hunting.  He had a captivating  personality, a great person  and a friend to everyone.
He served as an officer of the Richfield Elks Lodge where he contributed to many charitable causes.
Chuck served in the Army during the Viet Nam era. He was employed by Richfield City for many years as an animal control officer. Before retiring, he was the superintendent of waste water management.
Chuck is survived by his children: Charles Shawn (Maren) Pollock, Richfield; Brady-Joe Howard (Anastasia) Pollock, Salt Lake City; Connie Tenille (Bronson) Wood, Richfield; Ashlee Deanna (Josh) Christensen, Annabella; 13 grandchildren; siblings: JoAnne Knaphus, Richfield; Jim (Loralee) Pollock, Washington City; Linda Wilmont, Kearns; Gayla (Chuck) Schmidt, Glenwood; Kay Jensen, Castledale.
Preceded in death by daughter, Angela DeeRae Pollock; parents; grandparents: Art & Bessie Howard, Joe Pollock, Karma & Orson Eliason; sister, Becky Conner, brother, Gary-Joe Pollock.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 12:00 Noon in the Richfield 5th Ward, 800 North 500 East. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Magleby Mortuary and Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the ward chapel.  Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery with military rites by the V.F.W. Sevier Post #5050 and Utah Honor Guard. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
