Carol Clark Lee, 86, passed away quietly in her sleep on June 5, 2016 of causes incident to age. Carol was born September 27, 1929 in Provo, Utah to Charles Mickelson and Mary Lucille Bulow Clark.
She married Courtney Monroe Lee on June 6, 1947 in Provo, UT. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple in 1961. They were the parents of five children: James Clark Lee, Dan Tracey (Karen) Lee, Glen Allen Lee, Jeffery Dean Lee, and Linda (Wayne) Cox. She was loved by 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one son, Allen.
Carol loved to create beautiful things, making clothes for her small children and later masterpieces in quilting. Many of her children and her grandchildren are kept warm at night by her creations. Carol had a simple but abiding testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. She served in many church callings through the years. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Graveside services and interment will be held on Friday, June 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Manti Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family prior to services at the cemetery starting at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
