Calie Caldwell Toone, 56, passed away July 29, 2015 at Jordan Valley Hospital in West Jordan, surrounded by family. She was born July 12, 1959 in Tooele to Reid and Deloris Reynolds Caldwell. She married Ross Toone September 23, 1994 in the Manti Temple.
Callie attended Mountain West College and received her Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding, working in the medical field most of her life. She was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where her last calling was ward librarian. She loved crafts and enjoyed making items to give away to friends and family.
Callie is survived by her husband; daughter, Melissa Kaye (Jake) Smith, West Jordan; siblings: Ralph (Diana) Caldwell, Running Springs, CA; Jim Caldwell, West Valley. She was anxiously awaiting the birth of her grandson, Noah, in October.
Preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Copper Hills 4 th Ward, 5176 West Parr Drive, West Jordan, where friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. Burial will be at 3:00 p.m. in the Richfield City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
