Brinley Bailey
Moroni, Utah
Brinley Bailey, 16, beloved daughter and cherished sister passed away October 27, 2024 in Primary Children's Hospital from injuries sustained in a dirt bike accident while riding with her father. She was born June 3, 2008 in Gunnison, UT to proud parents, Keith and Jennifer Bailey.
She was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on June 4, 2016. Her faith and devotion to the gospel of Jesus Christ and to her family were hallmarks that defined her life. She was an active member of her Young Women’s Class where she served as President, Counselor, and Secretary. She was enrolled in Seminary and loved attending those classes. She was a light to everyone who knew her, reflecting the light of Christ in everything she did.
She will be remembered for her infectious smile, sparkling eyes, genuine love for everyone, kindness, and quietly going about doing good! She was passionate about life and lived it to its fullest, participating in sports like tennis and softball but her passion was always snowmobiling. She competed in the Rocky Mountain States Hillclimb racing series in the Pro Women’s classes but what she loved most was spending time riding with her family.
Brinley was the oldest of four girls and was a true leader in her home. She loved each one of her sisters, they were best friends. Family meant everything to her. She was a model child and the pride and joy of her parents whom she loved and who so dearly love her. Her passing has left a hole in the hearts of all who knew her. Yet we find comfort, peace and healing through the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ, whom she faithfully served and followed throughout her life!
Brinley is survived by her parents and sisters, Keith and Jennifer (Barton) Bailey, Breanne, Abigail, and McKinzie, Moroni; Grandparents, Tom and Michelle Bailey, Ephraim; and Douglas and Marianne Barton, Manti; along with many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
