Brad Dale Betts, 31, passed away unexpectedly November 8, 2012, at his home in Richfield. He was born December 12, 1980 in Richfield to Keven Dale and Kathy Ann White Betts. He married Julie Christensen, later divorced. He married Cody Lee. Later divorced, but they remained dear friends.
Brad worked with his dad and uncle as a painter at White’s Custom painting for the past 12 years. He enjoyed his job and loved that he worked with family.
He loved his step-daughters, niece and nephew, all of his cousins and anything to do with the family. Brad spent a lot of his time helping his grandpa and grandma White and just being near them. Brad was a family man and helped everyone who needed it.
A 1999 graduate of RHS and seminary, Brad also attended Snow College where he graduated in 2006 with his Associate of Science.
Brad is survived by his parents; sister, Sheryl Certoma; niece and nephew: Brashelle and Brock Certoma; step-children: Ashley and Taylor; grandparents, Doug & Peggy White.
Preceded in death by his brother, Brock; grandparents, E. J. and Berniece Betts; uncle, Gregory White; aunts: Cheryl White and Sharon Dicus.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Richfield 5 th LDS Ward, 805 North 500 East. Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Magleby Mortuary and Friday at the ward chapel from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
