Beverly Ann Campbell Schlapfer, 71, passed away October 8, 2018 in Gunnison. She was born November 21, 1946 in Gunnison to Daniel J and Lucile Peterson Campbell. She married Ted Schlapfer, September 4, 1965, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Beverly has been a great example of a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and example to so many. Over the years, despite her many health problems, she has always been loving and caring, thinking of others first. She has sewn for many in the community as well as baby sat many kids in the area. She has been known for her many porcelain dolls. She has always loved her family. Her grand and great-grandchildren were everything to her. She will be greatly missed.

Survived by her husband, Ted, Salina; children: Cindy Akee, Centerfield; Katina Christensen, Salina; Chad Schlapfer; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; her father Daniel, Richfield; siblings: Richard Campbell, Denver, CO; Phyllis (Danny) Bown, Manti; and Danny Campbell, Salina.

Preceded in death by her mother, Lucile; daughter, Julie Ann Schlapfer; sister-in-law, Bonnie Campbell; and niece, Dawn LaRae Campbell.
