Bessie Jensen Baldwin, 87, passed away with her family around her on April 30, 2016 in Richfield. She was born August 28, 1928 in Richfield to Andreas and Florence Christofferson Jensen. She married Harold Franklin Baldwin, December 16, 1948. He preceded her in death July 5, 1989.
Bessie loved her family (her dogs) and being with them on family outings, especially being on the mountain with Harold. She was a member of the LDS Church and was diligent with her visiting teaching.
She is survived by children, Stanley (Susan) Baldwin, Richfield; Sandra Baldwin, Monroe; daughter-in-law, Donna Baldwin, Monroe; 28 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; son, Richard Wayne Baldwin; and great-grandson, Taylor Sage Baldwin.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Monroe 5 th LDS Ward Chapel, 150 South Main in Monroe. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield on Friday evening from 6 to 8 or at the church on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30. Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery.
