Ben Lee Anderson passed away January 5, 2020 in Salt Lake City. He was born to Lee and Judy Anderson on October 28, 1964. He graduated from Manti High School as valedictorian in 1982, served an LDS mission to Manchester England from 1983-1985. He graduated from Snow College, and Utah State University with a masters degree in civil engineering.

He married Danette Hyde in 1991, and they were blessed with four sons, Jarem, Hyden, Trevor and Porter. Ben lived in Fruit Heights and was employed by the State of Utah as a civil engineer in the Water Resources Department. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served in many positions.

Ben is survived by his wife, Danette, sons: Jarem (Brittany) Anderson, Hyden Anderson, Trevor Anderson, Porter Anderson, parents, Lee J and Judy M Anderson, siblings: Marla (Ray) Merrill, James (Terel) Anderson, Eric (Robin) Anderson, Amy (Ed) Griffin, Marc (Michelle) Anderson, Eleve (Brian) Dickey, Rawlin (Beth) Anderson, Riley (Emily) Anderson.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 11th, at 2:00 pm at the Red Church 300 South Main, Manti, Utah. Viewing prior to the funeral from 12:30-1:30, Burial will be in the Manti City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
