Andrew James Mayfield, 42, of Elsinore, passed away on January 27, 2016 at his home. He was born on May 14, 1973 in Richfield, UT to James Andrew and Laura Jorgensen Mayfield.
Andrew was raised in Richfield and graduated from Richfield High School in 1991. He was an avid outdoors man. He loved fishing, Dutch oven cooking and attending mountain man rendevous. Andrew served all those around him. He loved his nieces and nephews and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his parents, James A. (Rose) Mayfield, Elsinore; sister, Jamie (Dustin) Helquist, Spring Hill, TN; nieces and nephews: Carter, Adam, Avery and Emily Helquist; grandpa, Richard Jorgensen. He is preceded in death by his mother, Laura Mayfield.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, Richfield. Friends may call prior to services at the mortuary from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Richfield City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
