Alouise Zuzek Matthews, 64, beloved daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, died peacefully in Pasadena, CA on Thursday, July 19, 2012 with her mother and siblings at her side. Ali, a San Diego State University graduate and medical laboratory technician by trade, was born December 9, 1947 in Boulder City, NV and moved to Southern CA in 1950.
She is survived by her mother, Marilynn Kotter Zuzek; siblings Anton Ralph “Tony” and Margot Ann Zuzek; children: Shannon Marie Matthews and Ivan Ross Matthews, as well as four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Ivan Anton Zuzek.
Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, October 20 at 3:00 p.m. in the Elsinore Ward, Relief Society Room. Burial will be in the Elsinore Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti. Online guestbook at www.maglebymortuary.com
