Almus Conley Barlow, 80, of Escalante, Utah,
passed away August 9, 2011, in St. George, Utah. He was born October 31, 1930, in Santiago, Chile, to Almus Conley Sr. and Abigail Jewel Tomlinson Barlow. He married Eleanor Leilani Kennedy, March 28, 1953, in San Pedro, California.
He is survived by his wife, Leilani, Escalante; children, Pamela Gaye (Kenn) Thayer, Temecula, CA; Steven Conley Barlow, Oracle, AZ; Sandra Lynn Tenborg, Pleasanton, CA; grandchildren: Kendall Barlow, Lindsey Edwards, Rachel Thayer.
Preceded in death by parents; brother, Jerry Barlow; son-in-law, Gerry Tenborg.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Escalante Cemetery with military rites by the Escalante American Legion Post #114. Funeral directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
