She is survived by her mother, Dellis (Randy) Muirhead, Panguitch; siblings: John Brian Elmer, Thomas James Garrard, Sgt. Amanda Anniballi, Emma Roundy, Austin Jack, Jeremy Alan Jack, Mary Louise Gordon; step-sister, Jessica Muirhead. Preceded in death by a sister, Kathrine Garard.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Panguitch Stake Center.
