Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend Afton Pollock, 91, or Pop, as his sons and grandsons called him, passed away May 2, 2011 in Panguitch. He was born March 21, 1920 in Tropic to Samuel and Emily Arilla Davis Pollock. He married his eternal sweetheart, DelRae Campbell, June 19, 1946 in the St. George LDS Temple. To this union four children were born. She preceded him in death January 31, 2008.
He pursued an education at the BAC in Cedar City and graduated from Utah State in Logan, obtaining his teaching degree in 1951.
