Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, Thyra Lorraine Gayler, 67, of Richfield passed away September 23, 2012 at 4:53 a.m. in Intermountain Health Care in Salt Lake City due to heart failure. She was born December 23, 1944 in Salt Lake City to Norman and Margaret Reed Gayler.

She is survived by her siblings: Alice Neilson, Norman Gayler, Margaret Nuzman, Donlan Gayler, and Marlon Gayler; children: Judy Coats Slaymaker, Robert Coats, Teresa Coats Owen, Tamera Coats Snow and Jody Wilcock; grandchildren: Jeremiah Snow, Ronna Snow Smith, Sasha Slaymaker Sammis, Spice Slaymaker, Shabree Slaymaker, Thomas Slaymaker and Ted Slaymaker; 18 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: parents; brothers, Willard Gayler, Terrance "Butch" Gayler and son, Kevin Coats.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Richfield 15 ^th Ward Chapel, 200 East Center, where friends may call from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. Cremation and private family burial will be at a later date. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.

I thought of you with love today
